Gap Adventures is looking for highly-motivated and results-driven Bilingual Travel Consultants, fluent in both English and French, to join our Toronto head office Inside Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls and emails from Travel Agents and direct customers
Provide the utmost customer service to our customers
Book tours, international airfare and insurance
Meet and exceed monthly sales (team and personal) targets
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken a MUST
Exceptional Selling & Customer Service skills
Motivated to achieve Sales targets and other Key Performance Indicators
Create a positive sales environment
Great personality
Ability to sell adventure product
Worldwide geography knowledge & travel experience
Proficient in Sabre or Apollo
The successful candidate will have 1+ years of travel agency retail experience. Previous experience with Adventure Travel is an asset.
