Responsibilities
Authorize Claims - validate component coverage and claim eligibility.
Process warranty claims according to policies and procedures.
Validate and process applications, transfers and cancellations.
Respond to staff and client inquiries.
Prepare and distribute periodic sales and claim reports.
Prepare correspondence to customers concerning applications, transfers and cancellations.
Apply acquired business skills and knowledge to control claim expense without compromising customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Post secondary education.
2 - 5 years automotive dealer service experience.
Must have a good knowledge of Automotive parts and mechanics
Having a license as an Automotive Technician is definitely an asset
