Job Type: Permanent    Region: Markham - ON

Responsibilities
  • Provides communication and marketing program support using all modes of communication as a means of support in developing Consultants at all levels by motivating them to set and achieve their goals. This is done through Welcome calls, managing the results/ achievements within the new Consultant rewards program and all related new Consultant programs
  • 10-20% of travel required. Attends cluster meetings and Director events in the assigned region. Works with Business Development Managers to set up corporately sponsored events
  • Helps the Business Development Managers research methods of driving the recruiting efforts within the assigned region. Will work the Field to define recruiting trends and gain feedback from the field in aid the Managers in developing recruiting programs and materials
  • Creation of monthly communication pieces/ opportunities as required to support the bilingual field and corporate team objectives. Including, phone calls, Weekly Bites, Future Director conference calls, etc.
  • Provides feedback received from the sales field to the Business Development Manager with respect to sales and recruiting, motivation of field Consultants, publications, and paperwork
  • Motivates the sales field through field interaction and gives input to Consultant benefits, recognition and award programs for sales and recruiting
  • Manages the details of assigned sales related projects as assigned
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years previous sales management experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience
  • BA/ BS in Business, Marketing or related fields
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong customer service mentality skills
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and teaching abilities required
  • Ability to work independently required
  • Proficiency on PC with experience with MS Word, Internet and Outlook
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects within specified timeframe
