Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to gather information about their business requirements
Document support issues within ticket system
Collaborate with internal technical teams to identify solutions for clients
Respond to client inquiries and problems by applying comprehensive product knowledge
Collaborate with programmers to identify and recommend enhancements to the system
Attend onsite client “buddy calls” as a product expert
Facilitate ad-hoc training sessions to clients
Qualifications
MUST HAVE solid communication skills in both Canada’s official languages, French and English (100% written and verbal)
Quality Assurance or Service Analyst experience within a bilingual Information Technology/Media Software environment
Comprehensive Media Buying or IT Service Analysis experience
Comprehensive understanding of advertising agency media purchasing
Highly detail oriented
Ability to work independently, problem solve, and communicate clearly
Demonstrated leadership and an ability to assume ownership of responsibilities
Demonstrated project management abilities
Strong sense of urgency and highly client service oriented
