The broad cultural diversity in Canada and the USA create a unique situation for employment. Companies looking to reach broader market share, are faced with the problem of staffing their organization with workers who, not only communicate in their customer's language, but understand their customer's cultural differences.

This job board reaches out to all geographic areas of Canada and the United States to provide a unique focal point for employers and job seekers to meet. Although French, Spanish and English positions make up the majority of all our job postings, all languages are welcome here.

The site is designed for simplicity and ease of use. There are hundreds of sites on the internet dedicated to resume creation, cover letter formats, interview tips, etc. - so we are not going to try re-publish all that. We are, however, trying to build a community to unite bi/multi-lingual people with companies that are in need of those skills.
